Mission:

The Pine Butte Education Program provides and facilitates experiential field explorations focusing on natural history, ecology, and human-landscape relationships.
Stationed west of Choteau, MT, our program enjoys the rich and wild lands of the Rocky Mountain Front as its outdoor classroom.

Some of Our Activities:

-- Topic-specific, week-long natural history workshops are available for guests at the Pine Butte Guest Ranch.

-- Personalized field trips are provided for K-12 and post-secondary students with focus on scientific and/or cultural content.

-- The Nature Conservancy works collaboratively with other agencies, organizations and individuals to sponsor educational events.
