Background
At the Spring 2006 meeting, COCEEC decided
to offer an Ecosystem Education Mini-Grants application process.
Participants attending the March 23, 2006 Participant meeting
at Yellow Bay authorized
the Administrative Committee to utilize up to $2,000 of our cash balance for
these mini-grants as a way to carry out the COCEEC educational mission and productively
utilize monies collected from the yearly $200 Participant contribution.
A Grant Application Form was developed by
the Administrative Committee and was sent via email to current
Participants. The
grants are available only for projects or activities in which a current
Participant is the sole or
lead organization. A "current Participant" is an organization
which has paid the annual cash or in-kind contribution.
